Top Job – Commercial Insurance Sales Manager in Fresno, California

Insurance Relief has an exciting opportunity for a commercial insurance Sales Manager in Fresno, California. This is a direct hire position.

This person will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership and direction to a team of insurance sales professionals. The Sales Manager will need to rely on previous insurance and sales management experience to plan and meet department goals. The Sales Manager must possess a certain degree of creativity and flexibility. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively train others is a must.

Other duties of the job include developing and maintaining agent profiles, developing strategic business plans, and monitoring and fostering agency profit and growth.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree and over two years of related industry experience and sales management experience. An Active California P&C License and in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance, specifically construction insurance, is desired.
