We are looking for an experienced and well versed benefits professional with a background in carrier or third party administrator claims, reinsurance, subrogation, managing vendor relationships, and auditing. This position would be client facing and helping with client advocacy and retention while managing a team of claims professionals.

  • Management experience, within a call center is a plus
  • Detail oriented and a perfectionist
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Has ideas and puts them into action
  • Ability to communicate efficiently
  • A detailed understanding of health benefits
