  • High-school diploma or equivalent (college degree is preferred)
  • One to three years of benefits administration experience in a related industry preferred
  • Ability to take initiative, to prioritize and complete work with minimal supervision in order
  • to complete projects accurately and meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment and decision making capability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Equally able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Customer service oriented, customer sensitive
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to listen
  • Attention to detail
  • Dependable
  • Active Life and Health License, a plus
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic Internet navigational skills
