VP - Client Management - Walnut Creek

Our client has the vision and creativity needed to help organizations do things better and more efficient. Our clients works as a collaborative team, are energetic, and have a creative environment. They are seeking top talent for a VP of Client Manager to join their growing team. 

Role:

  • Coordinate the renewal process among our analysts
  • Be able to participate in renewal meetings for key clients along with the consultants
  • Be a SME for all things benefits, ACA, and ERISA. 
  • An HR background would be very beneficial. 
  • Individual must be sharp and be extremely organized and able to manage the renewal process. 

This person should be able to drive and lead a renewal process, thinks like a mature customer and knows how to get ideas across. This candidate would work with their analysts to make sure that such solutions are discovered with the client.
